Here it is, in all its shadow-casting glory: the 28-week belly.
Now, please don't argue with me. It's huge. Maybe not for a 40-weeker, sure. But for someone with 12 weeks left to go? This is a considerable belly.
To be quite clear I don't make remarks about the size of it in order to elicit pity and/or compliments. Honestly, it doesn't bother me. When I say I'm huge it's really just an observation. I'm not saying it hoping someone will correct me and say, "Oh, no, you aren't big at all!" I'm not thinking, oh, poor me, I'm so ashamed/embarrassed/sad. It is what it is. I'm a short person and baby has nowhere to go but straight out. It's no biggie. It's just a good thing I'm not terribly vain.

Umm...would it be offensive and out of line if I told you I put in a search on Travelocity from my hometown to Mary, and it returned fares and itineraries?
